Frequently Asked Questions

We like questions! Here are the questions we are asked most often:

How do we get paid?

It depends. Most accounts are fee-based or managed accounts. Because we have clients that ask for certain products such as annuities we also offer commission-based products. We believe in full disclosure when it comes to fees. You will know what you are paying and how. No smoke and mirrors here!

Are you a Fiduciary?

Yes! Yes! Yes! As a Registered Investment Advisor, Victory Financial Panning is held to the highest standard there is, the Fiduciary Standard. Additionally, Mary has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies®, the standards-setting body for Fi360. The AIF designation signifies specialized knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and the ability to implement policies and procedures that meet a defined standard of care. The designation is the culmination of a rigorous training program, which includes a comprehensive, closed-book final examination under the supervision of a proctor, and an agreement to abide by the Center’s Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards. On an ongoing basis, completion of continuing education and adherence to the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards are required to maintain the AIF designation.

Are your recommendations specific to me and my financial goals?

Absolutely! We recommend strategies and investment products after getting to know you and learning about your needs. Tailored recommendations are essential to help ensure you are positioned to pursue your goals in a way that you feel comfortable.
